Welcome Message

Dear Friends & Colleagues,

We are thrilled to invite you to the 13th International Conference on Antimicrobial Agents in Veterinary Medicine (AAVM), taking place on June 6-9, 2026 in Warsaw, Poland. This conference follows the resounding success of our previous twelve gatherings, held in cities worldwide.

In light of the escalating global challenge of antimicrobial resistance, AAVM remains steadfast in its commitment to fostering responsible antimicrobial practices and pioneering innovative solutions. This 13th edition of the conference will comprehensively explore a diverse array of topics, including the identification of promising alternatives to conventional antibiotics, the strategic implementation of antimicrobial stewardship measures, the harnessing of rapid and precise diagnostics for informed treatment decisions, the implementation of strategies to prevent the spread of infections, and the examination of the latest research advancements in the development of novel antimicrobial molecules and treatment approaches.

AAVM Conference is one of the leading meetings in its field, providing a very intensive program. We offer a unique platform for researchers, clinicians, and industry professionals to share knowledge, network, and collaborate. We encourage lively discussions and debates to drive progress in the field of veterinary medicine.

In 2026, the conference will broaden the focus on antimicrobial usage in veterinary therapy and its potential relative effect on human health. Hence, additional sessions on topics that have not been comprehensively discussed thus far were incorporated.

We do hope you will join us for this high-level educational meeting and excellent networking opportunity.

We look forward to welcoming you in Warsaw to AAVM 2026,

Joseph Blondeau, Conference Co-Chair

Petra Cagnardi, Conference Co-Chair

Stefan Soback, AAVM Excuitve Director
